Peter Vardigans

Peter Vardigans is a co-founder and partner of Magi. A leasing and asset finance specialist since 1980, he was a co-founder of Babcock & Brown’s London office and subsequently an international partner of the firm.

Whilst at Babcock & Brown, which included spells in Sydney (1982-3) and Madrid (1992-3), he was a specialist in domestic and cross-border tax-based leasing and structured finance, and was closely involved in the development of a number of innovative and ground-breaking financing structures.

He holds an economics degree from the Hull University in the UK and is a member of ISTAT.
